Remy's love of flying began with his very own Discovery Flight in 2021. He went on to earn all of his instructor certificates at Cochise College in southern Arizona, including his CFII and MEI. Remy is known for his warmth, patience, and genuine enthusiasm for helping students of every learning style succeed. When he's not instructing, you'll likely find him looking for any reason to get back in the air.

Originally from Guthrie, Oklahoma, Kaleb Fewell is a husband, father of three, military veteran, aviation professional, and lifelong student of personal growth and leadership. After serving 23 years in the military, including 15 years in aviation maintenance, Kaleb learned firsthand the importance of discipline, accountability, attention to detail, perseverance, and performing under pressure. With a background in martial arts and leadership, Kaleb has spent years helping children develop confidence, focus, discipline, respect, and the ability to push through challenges. As a father himself, he understands that parents want mentors who reinforce the values they're teaching at home and help their children develop skills that serve them long after they leave the classroom or training floor. Outside of work, Kaleb is happiest spending time with his wife and three children and enjoying the great outdoors. His goal is simple: help young people become confident, disciplined, capable individuals who aren't afraid of hard work or pursuing big goals, leading by example and helping the next generation understand just how much they're capable of achieving.

A Mesa, Arizona native through and through, Corey Willis has been obsessed with the skies since he first took the controls at age 15. A proud Arizona State University alum with a degree in psychology, he brings a unique perspective to the cockpit, using his background to help students navigate the mental side of flight training. He officially added "Certified Flight Instructor" to his credentials in October 2025. When he's not sharing his love for aviation, Corey is a dedicated family man who has been married to his wife, Rachel, for 17 years. Between raising their four kids and teaching the next generation of pilots, he stays busy finding any excuse to be in the air.

Tyler Braaksma is a CFI, CFII, and MEI born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona who began his flight training journey in 2022 at ATP Flight School. Passionate about aviation and pilot development, he is dedicated to helping students build confidence, master aeronautical knowledge, and develop safe decision-making skills in every phase of flight. Known for his approachable teaching style and commitment to excellence, Tyler enjoys guiding pilots from their first flight through advanced ratings and certifications.

Misty Roberts is a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI, CFII, and MEI) with a passion for aviation, education, and the outdoors. Originally from California, she relocated to Arizona to pursue a career in wildland firefighting, where she spent 18 years serving on the front lines. During her firefighting career, she discovered aerial firefighting, sparking a deep appreciation for aviation and ultimately inspiring a career transition to flight instruction. Today, Misty enjoys helping pilots build confidence and skills while sharing the excitement and freedom of flight. When she's not flying, she can often be found exploring the outdoors and embracing new adventures.

Bryan brings a passion for aviation that's inspired by his own family, which includes both fighter and airline pilots. He's been involved in education for almost 20 years, starting in the swimming world where he competed at the D1 level for Texas A&M and the University of Utah, and also includes elementary classroom experience as well as training and fitness instruction from his time in the Fire Service, in addition to being a CFI. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and experience to any and all aspiring pilots.

Matthew completed his flight training in 2020 and has been instructing ever since. He relocated to the Phoenix valley in late 2022 and has loved exploring Arizona's skies. Before moving, Matthew served as an adult leader in his Boy Scout troop in San Diego, guiding young people safely through outdoor adventures, a spirit he brings to every lesson. In his free time, he enjoys road trips and flights to visit friends and family.

Adler is a Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument (CFII) based in Phoenix, Arizona, and a proud member of the Kids in Aviation team. He's passionate about helping the next generation of pilots build a strong foundation — both in the air and in the classroom. Adler works with students on everything from first-flight fundamentals to instrument training, and loves making the learning process fun and approachable for young aviators. Outside of flying, Adler is also a kids' rock climbing instructor at Lifetime Fitness, where he brings the same patience and encouragement to helping young climbers build confidence. He's an active soccer player and coach in the Tempe area, and enjoys staying involved in youth mentorship both on the ground and in the air. He can't wait to help students at Kids in Aviation discover the joy of flight.

Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Lilly has called Arizona home for the past 15 years. After taking an introductory flight at Falcon Field, Lilly discovered a passion for aviation and began flying in May 2020 after graduating high school. As a CFI and CFII, Lilly loves inspiring young students and watching them grow in confidence while developing their own passion for flying. Outside of aviation, Lilly enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Austin completed his helicopter flight training in Utah and has been flying helicopters for over two years. He holds his rotorcraft, CFI, and CFII certificates, with 350 hours in the R44 and over 2,000 total hours flying. He is passionate about aviation and excited to share his knowledge and experience with others. Outside of aviation, Austin enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing and snowmobiling.
