Intro to Flying- Falcon Field: Oct 18th 10am-12pm

In this two-hour class we cover the 4 forces of flight, parts of an airplane, airport operations and weather. We will spend about 45 minutes in the classroom and then we will head into the hangar to see and sit in a real airplane! We keepclass light and flexible and we incorporate lots of hands-on learning!  Cost: $100

In this 2hr class your student will learn about the different types of jet engines, how they work, and the different types of aircraft they are used in. Your student will also assemble their own 3d model jet engine to take home.

In this 2hr class your student will learn about the different aviation emergencies that pilots encounter. We will learn about hypoxia, spatial disorientation, mechanical malfunctions, weather phenomena, and how to identify them. We also learn what to do if you happen to find yourself in one of these situations.  

In this 2hr class your student will learn about the different weather cycles and weather phenomenon's. We will learn all about weather and then we will do different weather experiments to duplicate what we experience! We keep our classes light and flexible and welcome students of all abilities ages.
